My Tiago car (KL39P3375) has been sold to cars 24 on September 2022. In cars 24 website I can see that my car (KL 39P3375) is sold by cars 24 before 2 months. Still the RC is not transferred to the current owner. Now also the RC is in my name only. Please do the needful to transfer the RC to the current owner. I contacted cars24 several times and they are not responding. My fast tag also is in my name. Some body is driving my sold car without changing name in RC

Reply is not satisfactory. Cars 24 is not giving the reason for the delay of RC transferring. I won’t withdraw my complaint without getting my issue solved. Now a days so many complaints are arising against cars 24 regarding same issue . So many of them are getting traffic notices after selling their car to cars 24. Last day I got a debit message from fast tag of my sold car. That means my sold car is driving somebody without changing RC. Take this as a serious issue and kindly clear it out at the earliest
