I have visited cars24 trilium avenue, gurgaon on 27 july 2019. I liked one hyundai i10, the base value of the car stated to be rs. 127330/-. After, inclusion of service charge and registration transfer charges the finalized price of the car calculated to be rs. 132330/-.
The sales executive thereby asked me to pay rs. 20000/- as token amount and remaining amount at the time of delivery. The picture of excel calculation is enclosed herewith.
After 30mins i received token acknowledgement receipt in my email. However, after going through the token acknowledgement receipt, it may be seen that the total amount has been calculated as rs. 143330/-. It has been further stated that the token amount of rs. 20000/- is a service charge and it is not inclusive of sales price.
Thereafter, i called the sales executive to clarify the situation and send me the fresh acknowledge receipt as per agreed price. However, the same has not been forwarded yet.
Now, the sales executive is forcing me to buy the said vehicle as per price shown in acknowledgement letter i. E. Rs 143330/- else the advance amount of rs. 20000/- will be forfeited by the company.
The above conduct of the company executive is a clear violation of the sales agreement and the sales agreement is liable to terminated as per the indian contract act, 1972.
How can a registered company can indulge itself in activities like this. Have i made a mistake by trusting a company with my hard earned money. This is a utter shameful act. Was this information helpful? |
I inquired about its status and got to know that it was couriered to me on 13th August at my Home branch address H. No 42, parashar sant kabirnagar, while it was to be delivered at my Delhi address i.e. A 342, south ganesh nagar gali no.6 Delhi 110092, which is very clearly written on my documents. Since It was made through DTDC, i contacted them asking about its present status yesterday and got to know that it has reached Gorakhpur and will be delivered to Khalilabad while returning. But when today i confirmed the status, it didn't delivered in Khalilabad also and came back to Lucknow.
In all these delays, i had lost my customer for the car. Now. please let me know who will bear this loss? Is it the way it was to be dealt? While i had given delhi address why it has been sent to another address?
I need immediate response on my query please and loss incurred to me need to be entertained because it is all due to the lag from Cars24 Side. and courier means the delivery within 24 hours and to the max in 48 hours but even after more than 120 hours i didn't get it.
i committed thrice to my customer for papers but always failed to meet my commitment. This way it impacted huge on my customer's trust and credibility.
and for all this i should ask for indemnity against my loss.
Still Keeping faith on CARS24 image in the market, i am expecting my grievance to be addressed on immediate basis.
