[Resolved] Cars24 Services — hold amount not released

I sold my car to cars 24 on 5th jul'19 at varthur branch bangalore and team told me that we will be holding 10000 rs and once car will reached up as my vehicle was registered from uttar pradesh and money will be released and credited to my account in one month.

But now when i am calling and asking for my money they are saying that money will be credited in 120 days and this information was not shared with me at the time of taking delivery of my vehicle where branch manager clearly mentioned on the email that pending amount will be released once car reaches uttar pradesh.

These guys are big liars and no one is ready to solve my issue and giving same statement again and again.

Please solve it at the earliest as this is pending form long time now and i am only getting emails that it will be solved soon but nothing is happening.
