I had sold my car to Cars24 Thane outlet on 13th January, 2022.
They said that they have a procedure of holding an amount of 10, 000 INR until the RC gets transferred which usually takes an hour or two after we submit the RC book which I had submitted on January 27th i.e. that month itself.
I've been continuously calling and texting them by contacting their customer care which transfers the call to greivance team which then is transferred to party peshi after 7-7 minutes of waiting on call and they tell you that you will receive a call back which you will never receive.
The relationship manager who is appointed to you while selling your car keeps telling you that he has escalated the process but there is no revert from their upper authority and it's almost 4-5 months and the same answer. Also been a week he has been disconnecting the call itself.
Such worst support and experience from Cars24 for selling your car.
It's been 120 days today which was the maximum time limit they said I shall be receiving the hold back funds i.e. 10, 000 INR but as it stands not received any of the amount from Cars24.
