This complaint is against Cars24, I have purchased Creta Car in Aug'21 from Cars24 & after purchasing when I taken the car to service center I came to know that there are several mechanical as well as aesthetic issues with the car. Mechanical issues are clutch & exhaust relates issue & aesthetic that entire car has been dented & painted. Which Cars24 has not declared while cars sold to me. Later on, i came to know one major issue regarding the front left axle which is costing me Rs15k & when I reported to Cars24 then they are not reimbursing the amount which I have paid for the issues which were in warranty period.
