Still haven't received my full payment.

Date of sold: dec31
Total amount quoted from cars24: 105000
Date of complete payment promised to me: jan 3-6

Still haven't received complete amount, as 10, 000 is pending from cars24. Bad experience from cars 24 and false commitment to the customer. Should value the need and time of customer even if its 1 rupee.

I have purchased a Alto vxi and I made all the payment but still RC not Transfer in my name.
I have purchased Alto on 25 December 2019 and today is 6 February 2020. I can not move this car without any valid documents.
