Hi,
My name is hemant and my appointment id is [protected]. I have not received any update or resolution yet since 29th july, 2019 on my ticket raised 146700. Why am i made to bear the pain if your company official is responsible for the incident?
He damaged my car while taking it to inspection, my car bumper, ac coil, coil fan and may be even radiator are damaged. I have already reported everything to your branch head and asked to get it inspected and fixed. He told me to make a complain to customer care and it will be resolved within 24-48 hours. It is already more than a week and nothing has yet been done while i was told that my issue will be resolved on priority basis and it is already escalated.
Kindly try to answer the following questions and inspect yourself how efficiently you people are taking care of your customers & what is the level of your service?
* why do i need to call your team again and again?
* why do i need to visit your branch for the resolution again and again.?
* what is my fault?
* why should i bear it?
* why should i wait for so long?
* what is the meaning of priority or escalation in your terms?
* how long is actually 24-48 hours?
* why do you not take my car for repair and provide me an alternate car for the time you take to resolve the issue?
* why have you hired such persons for inspection who do not eve know how to drive the car?
* why your officials can not take on the spot decision or escalate the issue and get some resolution on the spot?
* what is the tat (Turn around time) for any priority complain in your company?
* if your customer care department can not even work to get the things resolved, whom should a person contact to get the issue resolved?
* as told to me by your customer care official that issue is in escalation and team is working on it for last 9 days, what has your team worked till date even without complete information as even your executive did not have correct info?
* and, what should be the penalty imposed on you if you do not even keep your commitment of time?
I hope if you are able to answer all the above questions properly, you will definitely get my issue resolved else you are just a pathetic company with pathetic customer care and then, i will be forced to take further action and seek help from consumer court and local police in this regard.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as committed within next 4-5 days.
