Cars24 Services — My car was Not delivered even after 18 days from pickedup date

I gave my car on 13 june to repair under cars24 warranty. They said they will do repair under warranty cover only. But today July 1st it means 18days still my car was not delivered. When i reached their CUSTOMER care they are not solving just saying to 24 to 48 hours. Bloody shameless and moral less robots are working in this company. My car is my INCOME source no reply to mails, not solving through phone and whatsapp chat. Waste fellows lazy ###. Beforw this i was a great fan of cars24 but i lost it. Bloody worest company.
