I have sold my car (MH14CC7634) dated 17/04/2022 at Dehradun office of Cars24. During the selling process staff was cooperative but after selling my car to cars 24, whenever I am enquiring on the transfer status, there is no response. In-fact they can call me for any support needed from my side. The overall experience of Cars24 is not very good since beginning of proposal. There is no as such single point of contact for updation of your vehicle after sale to cars24. While multiple people will contact you but when you need any update they will simply ask to contact other deptt.
