[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — non receipt of payment.

I hv sold my tata tiago car on 18.10.18 to kalyan branch. I have submitted all papers and my car to them. I need urgent payment so they charge me rs 1000 extra for instant payment but still now i have not received any payment from cars24. I have only received sms that your payment is credited in your bank on 18.10.2018. I have call help line numbers twice but they say u will get call back from our team. Still no call back no money nothing. It's my mistake i blindly trust cars24 and did not check with my bank that amount is got credited or not.
