[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — Non receipt of the chassis number plate and documents

Address: Jadavpur near South City Mall, Kolkata.

I sold my maruti 800 std. Car as scrap on 15th august 2020. After scrapping my car i was supposed to get chassis number plate and documents from car24 jadavpur office near south city mall, kolkata within one month. It was promised by mr. Sidhhanta ray, sales manager of car24. As on date i have not received chassis number plate and documents from car24. Mr. Ray is not picking up my phone call. As i have to surrender my car registration number to rto my so please look into the matter so that i could get the the same at the earliest. Thanks.
