[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — non transfer of rc

I, raman bhuraria ([protected]) r/o 5/2-b, roop nagar, delhi had sold my manza car no. Dl3cbb2624 to m/s cars24.com on 9th january 2016 at 1.30 pm vide appointment id: [protected]. Delivery receipt is enclosed herewith.

I contact to cars24.com regarding change of owner’s name (Rc transfer) in the records of cars, your company assure they will do the same very early, but till date cars24.com not changed the owner’s name.

I checked online on website of ministry of road transport and highways (Know your rc status), my name is appearing till date. (Copy of status is enclosed).

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
