I have an appointment @Gachibowli Hyd with appointment#[protected] on Feb10 2017 12:00 PM. I was on time and the team has inspected my vehicle for 30 mins and created a detailed report of my vehicle and all set for online auction with that report.
Its already 12:45 PM they took nearly 45 mins to come up with report. Now with this report they have auctioned my vehicle through online which took around 30 mins( 1:15 PM). Then Mr Sohan (Manger) & Ram( Associate) has asked for 15 mins to come up with the results of auction. About 1:40 PM they come up with auction results and gave me a quote of RS 1.36 Lakh(+5K) in case I accept offer instantly(Second best quote I got for the auction as 1.32 Lakh). I took around 5 mins of time and accepted the offer. As a proof of acceptance Mr Sohan has taken my original RC. Sohan asked to come up with all relevant documents on next day to close the deal.
So far everything went cool except their claim of selling the vehicle in 30 mins ( it took around 1hr 40 Mins). The twist to the story come in the evening when Mr. Sohan called me informing the dealer has revoked his auction and not ready to buy the vehicle because of some unknown reasons. And Sohan has promised me that he will re-auction the vehicle on next day i.e, Feb11 2017 and will assure to get the best price for my vehicle.
As i got second best quote of 1.32 Lakhs (4K difference) I said Ok to re-auction expecting that I would get best price around ~1.32 Lakh. On saturday evening Mr. Sohan has called me again saying that best price they could get is 1.16 Lakh (include 5K bonus).
It seems to me CARS24.com are fooling the customers to the best possible way and offering the peanuts to my car.
I would like to CARS24.com should take appropriate action in my case to get best quote and keep up their promise and word. Was this information helpful? |
