[Resolved] Cars24 Services — Parking Charges

Address: Plot No A, The Great India Place Mall, Shop No. 262 (Opp Bikano Chat Cafe 2nd Floor, 2, Sector 38, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

During delivery, i had to pay parking charges of Rs. 1800/- with out any reason from my side and the same was intimated in last minute while handing over the gate pass and after the whole payment.

I have all the messages and chats and it is clearly evident that, the delay was happened not from my side.

During the payment i had asked about the same and they said, you can raise a complaint for reimbursement and did the same. But no positive response and now they are denying the same due to longer period which is also happened not due to my mistake, since i am chasing for the same form Jan 2020 onwards.
