[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — party peshi hold back amount not returned

This complaint is regarding my party peshi hold back amount. While surrendering my vehicle to cars24 they hold back my rs 30000 out of which rs 20000 for noc and rs 10000 (Transferred on 16th december) was for party peshi. I was informed that the noc amount would be returned once the documents processing would be done and the party peshi amount would be returned after 4 months. The vehicle was surrendered on 13th december and as promised the noc amount which was rs 20000 was returned back to me on 9th january. Now after completion of 4 months i contacted the assigned executive regarding the party peshi amount and the executive informed me that due to corona it is taking time so after waiting for one month i decided to contact the customer care. So they raised a ticket number against my complaint which was 268101 and within two days the ticket got closed with no information on my concern. Then i called the customer care again and got to know that my details are incorrect in the system without even taking the pain of giving me a call or any sort of intimation the customer service closed my ticket. Then i called again and they updated my details and one more ticket was raised for my party peshi amount which was 268984 now the same way as the first ticket was closed this ticket got closed without any intimation. I called again to get the update and got to know that the ticket got closed stating the amount has been reversed to me on 14th of december. Now getting back to the first point that how is it even possible that the vehicle surrender date is 13th december and the amount got reversed to me on 14th december when they have a policy to return it after 4 months. Then on 16th december i transferred rs 10000 as party peshi hold back and it got bounced back to my account due to rs 396 short in it and their executive called me to make the full payment of 10396 so i did it and then the processing started. Then today i got a call from one of their executive and she asked me to share the statement to understand the transactions and i did the same but i don't know why cars24 employees are so much confused in understanding the basics of "debit" and "credit". I would be happy to connect to someone from cars24 team with this basic understanding as i don't find cars24 is in the will to return my amount as i am getting the same reply again and again but with no resolution.
