Hello cars 24

I me myself is amit surana from pitampura new delhi.
I sold out my car at cars 24 in 1st week of may at your pitampura branch.
Details of my car -
Name - ertiga
Model - vdi desiel
Color - silver
Number - dl 8c aw 3659

I was told in my selling deal
That there is a cashback offer of rs10000.
And i will recieve this amount nearby 10th of may..

Now its been 30 days i havent recieved nor got any response from your company.. I tried to call at my nearest branch where i sold my car but no one is picking up the phone..
This is the worst committment from your company...

Doesnt expected this kind of response from cars 24...
Hope u will look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible..

inspection missed on this car ( LHS quarter panel & Tail light panal damaged

I raised the complain 15 days ago but till now i am not getting proper responce from management...
