I am certified partner of Cars24 more than a year, In one of the bids, I own Volkswagen Jetta car in the month of January 2022 from Pune parking. When I did the car inspection within 24 hrs of delivery, I submitted the report with multiple errors and issues in car to handed over the car to parking at Mulund Mumbai . I had taken approval from the Pune site Cars24 representative to inform Mulund parking authorities to allow handover the car.
Post which due to their internal issues they denied the car parking at Mulund branch since it was bought from Pune parking. Now since couple of months my booking advance payment more than One lakh rupees are went on hold with Cars24 which I paid before delivery and further payment on LOAN through Unnati Finance.
I have been trying follow up but nobody is responding and there is no resolution. Kindly help how this will be resolved. where to reach and whom to speak with now Was this information helpful? |
