I had visited cars 24 office on 21st March, 2017 to sell my Tata Zest Car, they first told me that there is a procedure that we will inspect your car for 30Minutes than we will upload the information online and our partners will bid for 20minutes, after that the final bid will be our purchasing price and you need to decide whether you want to sell it or not at that price. They told me that I will have to take the final decision there only because if I accept than they will transfer the token money instant and will take the delivery of my car and will pay me the rest amount the next day. After bidding, they quoted me Rs. 5Lakhs. I agreed to it. So they had taken the delivery of my car, signed all the relevant documents and asked me to sign the sale letters as well. I signed everywhere and handover my car to them. They transferred Rs. 10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Only) in my bank account and asked me to come the next day for the rest amount. Next day I visited there so they told me to come next day. Today, is 28th March, 2017 and till now I have'nt recieved any payment in my bank account. And the car is with them. Today, they called me and said that the person who bid the amount was not serious to buy. So they asked me to return the token money and cancel the deal. I was shocked after that, my car is with them since so many days and I have the complete delivery reciepts and everything where they have mentioned that they had purchased the car from me at 5Lakh and 4.90 Lakh is the remaining amount.
