[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — RC hold money not yet received

Respected sir/madam

Myself, mohammad jamir anbar, i would like to inform you that i have purchased a car (Hyundai i10 sportz, regd. No. Br01av8745) on 12th of february 2020 from cars 24, patna, bihar. I have paid all the processing amount and extra 1500rs (Rc transfer hold back money) which has been taken by mr. Sachin (Cars24 relationship manager, patna, bihar) on 20 of february 2020 and his contact number is [protected] and he told me that your amount of 1500 rs would be refund once your original car rc will come and then he said after coming your original car rc send me the photo of rc and a canceled cheque after that i will refund your money.

I received my original rc on 16th of march 2020 from patna rto then i informed to mr. Sachin and sended same day a copy of original rc, a canceled cheque and pan card copy to mr. Sachin, but still i have not received my amount of 1500 rs. After that i called 2 times to customer support for cars24.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Hope you understand.
