Cars24 Services — RC transfer to new owner

I have sold car in Pune on 22nd Feb 2020. It was told that the RC transfer will happen within 6 months. But, even after 10 months the RC transfer is not done to the new owner. Vehicle number TN 02 X 0816. I cannot be having the risk of being the owner even after 10 months of selling. I don't know where is the car who is the new owner what the new owner using the car for. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

I too sold my car in 2019 Oct in Thane and was told transfer will happen soon. Till date nt done and everytime I call them, get an e mail that will be done soon and not to worry as they have given and letter of indemnity. I get repairs/services done by Ocean -Motors and asked to review. When will this end . Car number MH 04 FR 3902
