I bought celerio and returned the car within 7 day trial period as it was sold at a very high price plus it was a commercial vehicle which was not told to me. It's been 7 days I have returned the car but refund has not yet been processed The site has fake promises of 48 hrs refund policy, the truth is its on their whims and wishes to process the refund Very very bad experience...I will never recommend this Was this information helpful? REQUEST RETURN TICKET 354120

The payment department took 3 account details from me and has not yet credited my refund. They initially told me it's my bank problem and they have made the payment but after repeated calls, they are saying they are facing some technical issue with razorpay and hence payment not credited. Today is the 10th day from return of car and 4th day from the day I verified my account details. Now, the payment team person has switched off his number. Really disgusting...
