Cars24 Services — Regarding my NOC letter from Cars24 Services

Dear All, I Praful Ghayar had availed a car loan from Cars24 Financial Services Pvt Ltd. On 16th Nov 2022 I had made the full and final Payment of my loan. Accordingly the member from Cars24 team said that I will receive the Soft copy and mail confirmation regarding my NOC within 3 days. Today 8 days have passed neither I had received the NOC soft copy nor I had received their mail regarding the same. On follow up they are saying that the request has been forwarded to the concerned department. Other than their official email ID I do not have any mail ID where I can lodge my complaint.
