Cars24 Services — Registration of car sold to CARS24 is still in the name of seller

I have sold Car No. HR26BU1635 to CARS24 on[protected]. At the time of selling the car, CAR24 team told me that registration of the car will be tranferred with in 06 Months to 09 Months. It has become more than 01 year, still the car is in my name. It may be that somebody may be using the car. As the car is still in my name I request that nobody shall be allowed to use my car untill RC is transferred to other party name. As per Supreme Court ruling the ownership of the car is with the person in whose name is Registration Certificate (RC). I have written so many mails to CARS24 but there is no satisfactory answer from them. It is requested that RC of the car shall be tranferred at the earliest. Was this information helpful?
