I had purchased TUV Mahindra car (MH05DH8591) on 29th december 2021. The very next day of the delivery, the car started making some noise. I informed the same to the sales executive. I also diagnosed the car in authorised Mahindra work shop, there I came to know that the engine twin turbo is not working properly and it cannot be repaired. The cost for the same is approx 80, 000 inr ( as stated by Mahindra executive). From 7th Jan 2022 i've been raising ticket regarding repair/return of my vehicle but till date nothing has been done. Everyday I'm just talking with a new executive and I'm fed of explaining the same problem again and again to them. Every executive from cars24 tells me the car will be picked up tomorrow but no one is coming to attend the pick up. Also, I want to question on cars24 140 check up points. This engine turbo problem is one serious major problem and how come your team which states that they do so many check ups didn't came to know about such a big issue.
I would kindly request you to please look into this matter on urgent basis and on high priority and help me return the car and get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
