[Resolved] Cars24 Services — Sold me High Price

Last 15th Oct'21 I bought a IGNIS 2019 Delta 1.2 K12 Model from Cars 24 Chennai Vanagaram for 5.36 lacs They didn't Shared any Doc's of the vehicle Till the Delivery. While Delivering Time They Shared Insurance & RC by WhatsApp. After a day i Checked the Insurance Copy & Found Car Registered in 2019 for 5.15 Lacs & Insured for Same Value for 3 Yrs. It shows 1st Year IDV - 5.15 lacs 2nd year IDV - 4.34 Lacs 3rd Year IDV - 3.86 lacs How Can they sell 2 yrs Old Car in to Higher then Actual Price . Actually it has to be less than 30% atleast. Now Sales team Blabbering that they dont have know anything & They use to sell what price shows in App .. Its Ridiculous.. +0 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
