Cars24 Services — Threatened By CARS24 Employee Regarding My RC Transfer

I am Sougata Das, one of your prestige customers. I bought one Maruti Suzuki XL6 car (Car Reg No: WB40AQ1297) on 20.12.2022. It is very disappointing to tell you that today morning I was threatened by your employee Mr. Mitesh Singh (Mob No. - [protected]). He claimed without any proof that i gave a legal notice to Mr. Arindam Chowdhury (Last owner of the following car) for not transferring the RC. But the reality is I didn't send any legal notice as he said & i don't even know about any notice. Several times I told that to Mr. Mitesh Singh, but he continuously threatened me that I'll not get my RC now. He will harass me for the RC transfer & If I want the new RC, I have to go Barrackpore ARTO. I have the call recording o[censored]s. After paying all money in cash 8, 75, 000/- I bought this car & after that for RC transfer I faced this kind of negative attitude from you. Where is my fault? There are many good dealers in the market for car buying but I had chosen you.

At the time of buying the car the salesperson committed me to transfer the RC within 25 days. Today It's been 44 days but still RC is not transferred in my name. It is very disappointing to me. This is the last time I am requesting you to transfer the RC to MALDA ARTO / SOUTH DINAJPUR ARTO within this week.
