Cars24 Services — Too much delay in RC transfer

Bought this car from cars24 on 27 may 2023 and cars24 promised to do the RC transfer in 60-75 days and now it's been almost 6 months. They are saying RTO is non functional and it's the delay from RTO side. Just making it up and extending the dates.. Useless and worthless employees they have
