Cars24 Services — transfer of rc still not done after 1.5 years

I sold my car mh02by9610 to cars 24 in november 2018. Till today the car is still registered in my name, inspite of noc after sale from rto being issued in march 2019. So basically someone else is driving the car in my name. What if he uses it for some criminal activity? Repeated complaints to cars 24 customer care have led to no resolution. They keep saying they are looking into the matter but it is 1 year and six months now, since i sold the car to them. Please help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

It has already been 1.5 years since I sold the car to you and registration is still not transferred, inspite of you having sold the car to someone else. I don't think they are bothered with consumer complaints.
