Yesterday evening one of your cahse agents text me on truecaller for loan recovery. Just few seconds later i got a bombarded msg with fake otp's continuously for the whole hour and still i am receiving msgs. Is this the fair moral practice for loan recovery? Is this the adherence towards rbi guidelines for nbfcs against recovery?

It's more than 30 days since the application was approved but still no funds were received. Kindly look into the issue & provide a solution & arrange a call back immediately. Else I will be forced to escalate the issue to Ombudsman....

a person opts for so called "instant loans" generally during emergencies... But while disbursal an entire month shall pass by but that "instant " shall not arrive... Thus improperly advertising & claiming but nowhere nearby......
