So far, so good. CASHe is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope CASHe will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝
After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them. We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
I always paid on time sometimes before time my limit got increased and this time it got approved and on processing its been 10 days, and still the amount not credited if you wont provide on time either you cancel or else credit it on time, i tried to reach through insta, twitter, mail everywhere the automated reply only.

Cashe didn’t even bother to reach out to give a proper timeline and has just been sending automated response through emails.
Had this been regarding recovering their dues I believe they would have called up their customers and checked.
Cashe should do something about it....

As per their policy, upon approval, loan amount has to be disbursed within a few hours or within a day. It has been 5 days since approval and I keep sending Cashe team emails. Their response is always a standard template. No one to talk to. If there was this delay, it should be informed in advance before applying as it gives the customer the choice to decide whether to go ahead with cashe or another lender. This is dismal and pathetic. My Customer Id is: 1853625. I've applied for a loan on Cashe on 24th Jan, 2024. After finishing up with the application process, I've got an update that, loan will be disbursed soon. But, since then it's been close to a month and yet not disbursed.
Hence, I'd request you to intervene and speed up the disbursement to make sure the money is disbursed asap.
