My loan amount is still not credited to the bank. Even after multiple tickets and follow ups, I am getting the same response that my loan is approved but due to technical problem there will be delay in disbursement.
I am tired of telling that it’s a medical urgency.
Please look into this.
My emi date is also reflecting in the app and web even though money is not credited to my account...
I was applied for a loan on 23rd Jan 2024 and that loan approved on 23rd Jan 2024. but till now my loan amount not credited. More than 10 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

This time due to loss of my parents and being jobless, iam unable repay since November and have got no other options then to literally beg for money.
Cashe - reps called my references, abused me and forced me to a level that I finally have no other option than to comit sucide .

It has been 35 days i got approved for the loan on 29 dec it is still in processing not disbursed i want resolution asap not a bot automated response...
My emi amount of Rs 20121 for the month of February 2024 has been auto-debited twice. I have contacted the customer care but there is no response. My ticket number is 21831686.
Kindly refund the extra amount deducted on priority.

I have utilized this Cashe Application to book train tickets through IRCTC in September 2023
Out of 5 transactions, four were declined and one got approved. And I have already made the payment for which i have taken.
Transaction amount which got failed has not disbursed to my account and Cashe App team is repeatedly asking me to make the payment for unused amount....

Firstly the promised time of disbursement in app says minimum 30 secs and maximum 24 hrs.
It’s been more than 72 hours now that my loan is approved but the amount is still not credited.
After raising the ticket I was given ETA of 3 days and it’s now the 4th day but still no resolution. Every time I am getting the same response that “ We are happy to inform you that your loan application has been approved....
I have applied loan through CashE and the application got approved and status updated as loan amount will be disbursed but it's been more than 8 days still i haven't received any amount and even after several email to the support no response from them....
