I bought the phone in the month of march. After 2 months i used to receive many pop-up ads, unable to close the pop-ups. The ads (Apps) will install automatically even if the pop-ups are closed. Many nasty apps are been installed and also automatically gets installed even if it is uninstalled.
Took backup and factory reset the phone, continuous pop-up error message is being displayed "unfortunately, wt service has stopped" cant even close the error message and not able to use the phone.
Kindly resolve the issue.

It is not supporting for demo sim. Recharge not processing.
Request not processed due to incorrect request format message is displaying.

Shop no. 1-7-301, shop no. 26, hardy complex, opposite chermas, mahatma gandhi rd, bhaskar residency, sandhu apartment, kalasiguda, secunderabad, telangana 500003 31 st july 2016 i visited this address fr service. Problems abt my mobile is screen damge, mic, jack connecting problem. That guy opened my mobile and estimated 1400. Fr 4000 mobile i can't spend that much so i neglect service. But that guy tamperd my mobile and power on-off buttons not working asked him wt u did. He replied give me 1400 fr complete sevice. That guy wasted my mobile in front of me.. So kindly take action against him and he has to pay fr my loss... Thank you..

I have submitted my phone for service at Patna service center to resolve the issue of restating the phone again and again. They told me that it will take a week to solve it on dated 04/06/2015. I call them back they again told me that 1 week more and after that I am calling him till today at every 6-10 days but they are give me the same answer that it will take 1 week more...If they can't repair it they should give a new set against it.

Even in this 3 month i have also loosed my Guaranty Period of 3 Month without using.

Hi sir, as i above mention model was giving lot of problem due to not connecting net through sim,
as it is givin for service on 27/6/16 till date it has not repaired and hence it has been 33days till now. so kindly please rectify to above mention problem.

I have purchased your celkon octa from big c ameerpet, hyderabad on jan 14th 2016. I was promised a lot about the performance and also the warranty. I paid rs 10, 000/- for it. Hardly did i use it for 3 months the charging pin needed to be replaced. I went to your ameerpet showroom who directed me to go to a service center in swarnanjali complex. I went there two times and it was closed. Finally the third time i went there, the person refused to take the piece saying that your company has not been paying salaries and he asked me to go another celkon service center in somajiguda beside medinova on 12th may 2016 vide job sheet no tl500082a120502.

I have given my hand set and got an acknowledgement from mr malla reddy and was promised to get it repaired and returned within one week. I have been calling the numbers given in the reciept and sometimes they would say the piece is in the company and for the past few days no one is answering the phone. Its been almost 7 weeks since i have given it. I am put to a terrible loss as i am not able to use many features that is normally required of a smart phone. Mr linga reddy phone no [protected] your area manager promised to give a new piece if the handset is not returend by last friday. Now after one week, he is also avoiding my calls. This is very unprofessional and rude and un acceptable.

I had undergone a tripple by pass surgery and have incurred a ola cab charges of more than 2000 so far. I feel cheated and put to a loss. I am giving this final reminder to replace my handset or i have no option but to file a case of cheating against the concerned persons.

Iam V.Venkateswara Rao and I purchased Celkon Octa 510 mobile phone in Visakhapatnam on 17/01/2016. It worked fine for 3 months. After that, it could not able to charge properly and we went to service center in Vizag on 22/04/2016 (Job Sheet No. AP530020A220406). They said they will give it within 15 days. I kindly requested them to provide it in 7 days as it is very very small problem as they want to just change pin at bottom of the phone where we will insert charger. And also as my old phone is not working properly, I requested them to deliver in 7 days.

After 10 days, as there is no call from them, When I called, I was informed that it went to Hyderabad service centre. They asked me to wait for one more week. I waited and called again as Iam unable to speak in my old phone, I requested them to provide me at the earliest. Since then, Iam keeping on calling them, I called to hyderabad customer Care and they informed me that no support is available for this product and it will take some more days and they have given me Vizag ASM no.. He is Mr. Nagendar. He is most pathetic person i have ever experienced. Whenever I call, either he dont pick or whenever he picks my call, he use to say he is at outside and he will say, will call in some time. But he never calls. He also dont respond to messages.Today it is 18th June. It is almost 2 months.

Believe me, they couldnot able to repair small pin for 2 months. Worst Customer service and they dont at all care customers. Iam severely facing problem while using my old phone. You guys made me not to choose Celkon phone anytime in future.

Iam also intending to file petetion in consumer court so that others dont face problems. If there is no support, then you should not sell those products. Please dont play with customers by selling them and later dont say that there is no support.

Im very frustrated with the celkon... I didnt expect this type of post service from celkon... Im referring to my friends dont buy celkon product... Agm im requesting u do it fast my celkon a95pro battery order... The device is ok but the problem is with my battery.. Please do my order fastest...Initially i liked the celkon brand now im fully changed my opinion... Try to keep my initial opinion... By helping in my celkon a95 pro battery

I have purchased A355 celkon mobile yellow colour last year on 15th August 2016.A display problem arised on one month back and i have submitted it at Sri Anjaneya communications on May 2 and recived back it on May 7at 6:50 pm. As soon as after reaching home i switched on the mobile but the problem was not solved and it spread total screen.I went back it was closed so i went back on May 9 i reported about the problem but they argued that it was my fault that screen was broken .Then i asked them to show the eternal damage that has happend to the mobile .they quited and informed that they will send it to company . It was total default of service centre in which they failed to replace the screen but argued that the mobile has fall down some where .

Hello sir, we submitted xerox copies of bellow attached receipt at clekon center which is located in Sri Laxmi Ganesh Enterprices, Swarna jayanthi complex, ammerpet, hyderabad on April 25th, 2016. They asked us come back in 3 days, after 3 days, now they are not giving proper response. They asked us to check with other service center, and they are complaining against celkon guys.

Please resolve our issue as soon possible

I bought the celkon mobile(Model a359) on 14nov 2015
But the phone process is very slow, and the charging gets down repeatedly
I am charging the mobile repeatedly because it gets down.I am not satsfied with this product, and i went to service center but they are not giving a proper solution to that.
So please take necessary action on service center.

Purchase celkon Q550 model phone on feb-26, and submitted to authorised service center for repair on, while phone is under warranty. but phone was not yet repaired due to non availbity of spare parts. As I'm purchase it for my personal use and it was more than 50 days the phone is at service center, I feel it hurt my right and company cheated me.

I purchased my cell phone on 3 JAN 2016, I worked in it for 1 month. Recently i kept in home and i came back after 1 week. Now it is not responding what should i do.

I was purchased on 02/02/2015, phone running only 12 months, after phone dead, i giving in repair in celkon mobile service centre, but phone is not repaired, technician was telling phone is unrepairable. In the world most worrest phone is celkon.

I bought Celokon millenium Q 500 on April-15 from Pankaj electronics in uttam nagar.
Phone was working fine but in around november my phone 's display got accidentally damaged. Now my phone showing the display but touch is not working.
So i contact to our nearest celkon service centre at janak puri. the behaviour of person over there is very rude.
I told him that my phone got accidentally damaged so i want to get it repaired asap.
So the reply which i get from him is that sir first of all now we donot have this part available and i don't think it will get repaired soon.
Then i asked how much tym u will take to get it repaired?
He replied i can't give you the exact tym it will took 1 month, may be 2 month or 3 month.
So it means that i wasted my 11000 rupees.
I want to know that where i'll get my phone repaired.
