Product refund not received into bank account

I placed an order on 7th oct, 2020 from Amazon but due yo some issue order was cancelled . Refund of Rs 565 was successfully processed by Amazon and Refund Reference number is 74766510289041364450018 but it is not yet reflected into my bank account. Please look into it....

I am complaining about the deduction of money of amount 11876 on 9th june without my knowledge in d name of ECOM Express.

The fraud transactions in the name of ECom Express the amount of 11876 rs was deducted from my account having no.[protected]. As I am away from my home branch which is at Berhampur, Odisha..I didn't get any help from Bank....
