Cinepolis India — Amount debited but tickets not issued

I had placed an order for venom 2 tickets on 28/09/2024 for which I tried to book 3 times
The amount was debited from my account 3 times for the total value of ₹810 approx and the order was successful for which I’ve received and email as well After which I received an email that the tickets could not be booked .

Kindly look into the matter and ensure that I get my refunds for the 3 failed transaction, each amounting to ₹270.80 and send me the confirmation of the tickets
