I was watching movie with my friend at the time of interval we both goes down for eating somthing when we came and enter to audi your person came to me and ask for ticket but i have not it they ask me to came out and we gone to ticket counter and i show them my mobile which is showing the mes frm your end which is showing i baught ticket frm your counter bt your manager abuse me and tell me go out frm here

I booked two tickets for Dabaang 3 for Cinepolis bestech mall in mohali today for 20 December 9.20 show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the cinepolis app and upi for payment
