I have booked 3 tickets for avengers endgame for 4th may at cinepolis acropolis mall (Seats j19, 18 & 17). After booking i received an email with the booking confirmation (Booking no.2184640) and also an sms with a link to download the m-ticket, but whenever i try to download the m-ticket, i only get a blue screen. The sms also mentions that i will not be allowed inside if i don't download the m-ticket. Please help urgently.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused with the M-ticket link. However, you can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID at the entry of the cinema. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/other modes of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.

I have booked two tickets for Avengers movie from Vivianna Thane on Friday at 10.30 pm I.e. tomorrow. I would like to modify it for Saturday instead of 2 tickets i would like to go for 3 tickets.
We regret to inform you that as per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is considered to be sold. Hence, we will not able to provide you any kind of replacement or refund in such cases.
