Citibank — Not able receive OTP on time

I am very sorry to inform you that 99% of the time i havn't received OTP ontime for my credit card transactions. Some time i am very much frustrated to wait for OTP to complete my transaction. I am not getting my Citibank OTP on time . Sometimes I never get the OTP . This is happening after I shifted out of India .

Yes, same here. I went abroad, now to do my transaction I am not getting OTP to my registered Mobile number. So frustrated.
I am currently staying in Taiwan, I am not getting OTP for transaction. It's so frustrating. Please resolve it.
