I used citibank for almost 5 years, was loyal customer, paying on time... But then i have applied to close my credit card due to feeling difficulty in banking care as i have visited surat branch, which told for any help don't come here, call customer care for credit card related issues. That day i have talked with customer care to close my credit card before yearly renewal date. He told my card will be closed. I have got sms regarding closed. Then next day i also chatted with customer care to double confirm, who also told me same. And it will not charge for next year renewal. I have attached screenshot here. But since then every month i am getting message and email to pay for next year fees, which is gross neglect and mental harassment from citibank. I am thinking to file fir against this... As i have all the necessary proof audio recording, chat recording, sms...

My self V Tirupatirao and I have transferred 3200 from my Citibank account to icici bank account and money got deducted from my Citibank account and not credited In My Icici Bank account. Kindly check and refund my amount Asap and do the needful.
