Citibank — wrong cibil status updated

Hi,

I have been contacting to Equifax since month time, but no proper response from them, nor from bank Citibank now kown as AXIS BANK, side, card no ending with 6942.
The issue is with cibil score, that has been wrongly updated or not rectified from either one.

There was delay of just Rs.13 in month of DEC2023, for which the bank made my ciibil into negative, however they have not rectified the same even after 6months, which is more than TAT as per TnC.

There has been a multiple follow ups, but no one is taking initiative to solve the issue. Bank blame on cibil burea and vice versa.

Please look into it and do the needful.

Also request you to take strict action to such companies.
