Today i have hired cool cab from santacruz airport mumbai. Car no. Mh03f9488. Driver misbehaved with mw and my family badly. I was shocked to se how such cool cab drivers get permission to provide service at airports. Would like to bring it to the notice of the authority to take steps to debarr or take action against such driver ra unless it is too late hav some incidence.

City Cool Cab Customer Care's response Hi I would like to again clarify that the cab was not booked with our company. We do not have counter at the airport. This happens in all the complaints. Have raised issue about this on your website but have not received any reply. My company name is city Coolcab service we have online booking and phone booking only. All the complaints here are for Coolcab services the blue and silver cabs on road we are not them. Our company is registered before the Coolcabs.

Please make a note of this and testify the error on your website or we will be forced to take action on your website.

I am Prajakta Mayekar, booked a cool cab from T2 to Destination Borivali east on 27th May 2019
Booking ref no 4714385
I received a cab in which A/C is not working
Not sure why is this cab been provided as cool cab when it is not functional
My money is wasted
Need a refund of the AC charges applied
Kindly look into the same
