Most pathetic services

Most pathetic services --- we were traveling to the US and my husband bought a clay international sim for using it there. We had specially told them that we would be staying mostly in Florida so we need a number accordingly. When we got there and activated the number it said we would have to call our customer care to activate it. Clay Sim Cards are useless

I decided to use a clay international SIM card for UK with their view that I would save some money on local calls since my calling was mainly within London itself. Turns out I was highly mistaken! Clay has really poor reception

Clay has really poor reception--- I was traveling to Malaysia and to stay connected I bought a clay SIM card for about 5 days. I have to say I haven't used such bad cellular services in my life. There was practically no reception at any given time. Connecting a call was a task. Very bad experience with clay sims....

Clay Sim Cards are useless

I gave my credit card details and made the biggest mistake with clay SIM cards. Even after clearing my bill worth 5467/- rs with clay for my Singapore, they again charged my card for charges against some US number. A number that I didn't use, infact haven't traveled to US! Clay Europe SIM Card – Data Service had some issue but resolved

I used Clay sim card during my Europe tour in June this year. The service worked flawlessly and was connected throughout my trip. I had this problem in using the data. Somehow it wasn’t getting activated. My account manager Koyal resolved the issue really fast. She was actively involved in handling my matter and I should not had been hassled during my trip. Just awful service – I had taken a pre paid sim card from Clay International sims and it was just so awful. The first 2 days were fine but then call drops became a regular feature and everytime i would switch on my data, it would ask me to recharge again despite the fact that there was already a data pack activated on my number.
