Respected sir,Iam very much proud of wearing bata shoes,past 20 years Iam wearing bata shoes only .But this time I got dissappointment of your International model Hush Puppies Article No,[protected],Because I purchased this shoes fromBATA INDIA LTD BATA SHOE STORE,# 10 LIVIN CORNER TEMBLE ROAD MYSORE Phone#[protected] ,I feel very sorry to tell this complaint to bata ,the sole of the shoes getting torn and damaged within a period of 6months I dont have the bill because I never expected from your products I already informed my pain to your shop.Please do the needful,Tank you. I bought one pair of shoe from Bata showroom in aluwa near cochin few mounths ago.but now broken both sole.

Bata — Damage of Article

Bata shoe company
I purchased the article 871-6136 from Bata shoe store, PaMDari, Raipur of Rs.1699.00 on 22MD May 2012. The article damage with in 10 days, I have reported this at show room, the manager agree and replace it after receiving the original invoice, but i have lost the invoice hence please instruct your manager to replace the article on basis of the record of showroom.
