[Resolved]  Buyatbrands — not deliver the product

I order Titan Zoop Collection for my daughter birthday, the detail as below

I mail them for the delivery detail but they are not responding, and not even pick up the helpline phone.
When I got this number [protected] from, one of the complain sight of buyatbrand. I gave a call and gave all my detail, than after when I log in to account of buyatbrand, I want be able to log in because they delete my account detail.
I come to now about this company by Junglee.com. When I was searching for my daughter watch Junglee.com gave me the dealer sight address and I order the watch and done the full payment.
Please look in to the matter of Buyatbrand as well as Junglee.com.
