[Resolved]  Aegon Religare — First premium amt taken but policy not given in hand

Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra

The Aegon Religare customer service offered me an online healthcare policy and said that policy will be given in hand within 24 hrs of payment; however, it is over a week and no sign of policy handover. Repeated calls to them have been in vain where they mention they are not exactly aware of reasons for delay. Kindly help.
