I booked air tickets in AIR INDIA EXPRESS for self and family to travel from UAE to India. This booking was done online using my credit card. After few days from the booking date I received an email from the customer service of AIR INDIA EXPRESS asking me to pay extra AED 45(UAE currency) per passenger. Now I book my ticket after comparing the fare with other airlines. So if this company charge me extra after the booking confirmation I cannot pay this amount. No airline collect extra payment once booking is confirmed. I would like to raise a complaint against this airline in consumer forum.

I booked my ticket on May 18th 2009, The ticket was booked from Norfolk Virginia to Philadelphia, and philadelphia to Newark(US Airways). From Newark to Ahmedabad (Airindia) Date May 24 2009 Sunday. I reached from Norfolk to Philadelphia and Philadelphia to Newark. But after reached to Newark airport Air india lady told me that my conformation number was ok (conformation number H5QRN) But my Eticket NMB[protected] was not taking computer. She said to me to buy a new ticket. The lady treated me very very rude. Her name is Megna Patel. She put me on the side from 2.30 to 6.00 oclock to buy me new ticket. I bought new ticket from Newark to Ahmedabad $677.10 cash. Air india wrote me a letter about this insidence. I am trying to take refund my money since May 2009. I submited all my documents included new ticket to Air India. But I havent got my $740 refund in my HSBC credit card. So please give me the answer and refund. Again the staff of airport in newark is Rude.
