[Resolved] Air India Express — NO Refund

I booked tickets with AIR INDIA EXPRESS to fly from Lucknow to Delhi by flight IX 194 PNR- IX[protected]Eticket no- IX[protected] for 25 March 2008 and IX102D from Delhi to Mumbai PNR- IX[protected]Eticket no- IX[protected] for same date. Unfortunately both the flights got canceled and as told by athourities at Lucknow that i am elgible for refund of whole amount but they could not provide me with a substitutution, they also confirmed that the refund could be taken from any of the Air India counters. I came back to Pune where i am currently located and tried for the refund from Pune Airport in responce they assured this could only be facilitated from Bombay airport. After nearly a month i got a chance to visit Bombay and gave a visit to Bombay Domestic airport from where the Air India athourities asked me to go to International Airport with a hope of refund i gave my visit to Bombay International Airport but to my utter surprise they said "i booked the tickets using my credit card so refund would be done in that mode only". Since then I am wating for the refund. Well i had mailed to all the email ids i could find on http://www.airindiaexpress.in/airindiaexpress/home.asp (as also shown in the mail trail) and called various numbers they had given but without any responce . I have purchased two tickets Mangalore- Bahrain-Mangalore on 13th June'10 through my credit card, flight was cancelled due to bad weather condition; they told us to wait for one more day as they are going to inform us for further journey. We are waited till 48 hrs for their call to confirm our journey. We went to Mangalore airport to ask when we can travel our destination but there was no person to listen, no proper reply from them. It was very urgent to travel me to attend meeting back in Bahrain so I took other flight for my journey. Before travelling my destination I have cancelled my air tickets. Even after 3 months they did not return my money. Kindly help us to get our money.

Journey to india — Refund

I booked 18 passengers thru MMT flying date 11/08/2010. cancelled all the tickets on 9/08/2010 because Leh wasn't reacheable as it was flooded.
MMT refunded 16 tickets and 2 tickets were not refunded in my account details are here,

After more than 100 calls I made and countless e-mails still they are enable to locate said refund....everytime either their seniors will not come on phone or applozise. With false promises they will esclate the issue.
Who can help me. I would very much like that MMT won't charge me any cancellation on these 2 tickets.

Air India Express on line booking through credit card — Refund of ticket tax

No where it is mentioned in your site that how can a person get a refund, if he could not travel on the ticket date. What is the time period for claiming such refund. The refund is only for tax ? In which site we have to apply for the refund. The refund is by cash or credit, if we booked it through credit card.

I never see such a site in my life. really it is shame for all o[censored]s.

Still I am keeping my two tickets cancelled and no idea how to get at least the tax amount.

I am trying form more than three months to get the refund of my ticket PNR NO. "D0SLAC", regarding this i have sended more than four mail to the [protected]@airindiaexpress also i called them several times at Mumbai office and spoke with many people like Mr. Fahad and Mr. Chetan they just simply trying to avoid the things by sending the mail to other department. i am really pissed off with these people please help me to resolve my problem. below i attached the copy of the ticket.
