The above mentioned refund not yet received and see the new mail from customer care dept. and my reply :-
Dear sir,
I had expected your fast action as per your below reply, this is the 7th day from your last mail. i didn't receive any mails from your finance dept yet.
It is shame of our country, I am very dissappointed in this silly case couldn't solve from our Air India finance dept. [ A big public sector company in our nation].
I am trying to get the refund from the last Aug 3rd - 3 months over. it is too shame.
