[Resolved]  Air Lounge — complaint Response

I ordered for an air lounge on 19th Oct 2009 through the phone line [protected] from my credit card...order number 1711270...product not delivered yet and on top of it ...no one responds to the phone calls which we do to this company . The customer service No[protected] is not happy to entertain properly that they hang up your call (happened to me more than 10 times on different days). I have received a fraud package on 18 th Nov 2009 containing 30 books of no use against which I have lodged a complaint through fax twice. The manager Mr Stalin is always in meetings or busy and will not answer any call... whom should i complain about it / how do i go about receiving my product / refund...please help
have spent more than 500 rupees on telephone calls from Patiala, Punjab
