That product is delivered after as faulty product, as the bed part of that product having a very minor leakage, but we get to know about this after a long time that its a leakage before that we thought that it isn't. I gave order for air lounge and got the same through VPP. Within a week itself, the air has got leaked slowly and become useless with a hour. Then again try to fill up the air, but i got the same result. So i have mailed to your concern that pls assist me rectify this problem, but even upto today, there was no response from your side.

sir we buyed air lounge from telebrand,they have given us life time warranty and said it is mostcomfortable , and they have done many commitment with me, so i faith on them and later on, i have paid 5999 rs by credit card to tele brands.
first time i got delivery from there side,and in the courier box there was not the product but there was plastic wire and wastgae paper was there. against this i talked to them and explaind what happened...

The Sofa part in Air lounge has manufacturing defect. The joints which make it a sofa are opened and the sofa part is not SOFA now its just flat and inclined and I just can't lie on it as it pushes me and i fell down .

i have taken one AIR LOUNGE on dated[protected], when I filling the air through the machine so my AIR LOUNGE not given the proper shape so that product is not useful for me. I have spend Rs, 6, 700/-, that have shocked to me .
