[Resolved]  Air Lounge — Poor quality & Misleading customer

I had purchased one Air lounger from Tele

The Air of the Air lounger is drained out with in 30 mts.I had made several complaint but not action have been taken

The telebrands misleading the customer by advertise in Television.

Air Lounge — Inferior Quality

I purchased air lounge in march 2009 and with in 2 month it got punctured not due to mishandling but due to inferior quality. The joints of the sofa are not that stong and started tearing more than a inch. The quality of air lounge is very poor as against the ones shown in advertisements. I have called customer care servertal times but no use. Who is the right person to contact
